Sandwich Holiday and Second Home Management grew out of an existing local trade network already working in and around Sandwich: handyman services, electrical work and garden maintenance.
That matters more than it sounds. Most holiday-let and second-home management companies subcontract maintenance out to whoever's available, and the cost (and the wait) gets passed on to you. We already have the trades on the books.
