You remain the owner of your Airbnb listing. We're added as a full-access co-host, so your booking history and reviews stay yours if you ever want to manage it yourself again. Booking income is paid directly to you; our fee is collected through Airbnb's co-host split where it's available, or invoiced monthly.
Our percentage is calculated on accommodation revenue only, plus extra-person or pet charges where relevant. It is never calculated on cleaning, linen, deposits, repairs, your own stays, or platform fees. See full pricing →
